Extractor Motor Controller - for Enduro, MiniMax, UltraMax

I purchased a used one year old extractor from a former bee keeper. I used it twice, and stored it away until this winter. I wanted to spin out some frame of stored Honey. When It would not start, I called your company, and spoke with Curtis. He walked me thru some checks and determined the controller may be bad. He sent me a new controller which did not fix the problem. Long story short it was the motor, which he promptly shipped with a controller. I was not expecting such prompt service with technical support a phone call away. It amazed me even more they replaced the parts at no charge! This is company worth supporting. They stand behind their equipment
