You've asked for it, and we've delivered! A high quality, competitively priced, heated water-jacketed honey bottling tank.
These tanks are simply beautiful, and they do a wonderful job heating and dispensing honey! They are a double-walled tank with an outer layer of water that is heated to the temperature you choose. The water surrounds the honey, heating the honey gently and evenly.
The tank comes standard with our fantastic, stainless steel dripless bottling valve that offers, smooth, consistent, and precise operation!
These honey bottler tanks feature the same inner tank design as our "Max" series honey extractors. The tank floor slopes towards the drain, which is welded and flush-mounted inside for a complete honey drain. Additionally, the drain is mounted slightly below the tank floor, to make sure that all the honey gets out with minimal mess and fuss!

19 gallon - tank diameter 18" (about 24" wide when factoring in the heater controller) and about 32" tall. Holds about 12 gallons of water in the outer jacket.

jerome feldt This tank is the cat's pajamas! After receiving it I set it up on a 500 lb lift cart. After a thorough cleaning and wipe down I installed the no drip valve and the heating unit. After leak testing, to which I found no leaks, it was time to fill it up with purified drinking water as suggested and put her to work. The bottom line is this.... "Mr John has always treated me right and been very insightful about his product line". I am so glad that I did not wait five more years before pulling the trigger on this purchase. I have no doubt that I will be buying a creamer after I save up enough money. We are a nonprofit and are on a tight budget. MICHAEL SULLIVAN honey extraction this year was a breeze thanks to your line of Equpment mini max 9 what a time saver fume board boom bees are gone it was a real joy to pull honey this year not to mention the 19 gal heated bottling tank with dripless vale quick ordering quick delivery no damage and I saved a ton of $$$$$$$$ thanks again M&J HABITAT
