Honey Warming / Cooling Cabinet
Please allow up to 7 days for production time.
Yet another fabulous option in the HillCo lineup for warming, cooling/curing and displaying honey! We call it a "warming cabinet" because that keeps it simple, but it's much more than that! And now we have made some improvements to enhance your experience with this incredible product!
We took a high quality beverage cooler refrigerator, chosen for its classy looks and glass door, and added a robust heating system. The heating system is ideal for warming batches of honey bottles, jars, or even a 5 gallon pail, to decrystallize/clear up honey for sale or processing.
All of the refrigeration components are still in place, so you can also use it to cool creamed honey during the curing process, or for any other cooling purposes! NOTE: the cooling system now goes up to 65 degrees F. This will work for curing creamed honey with most all methods. Most creaming experts suggest curing creamed honey between 54-57 degrees F. We have had success with curing creamed honey, even as low as 34 degrees F.
The heating system uses a 150w element with a fan to circulate the heat upward. It will typically de-crystallize a full load of bottles, or a 5 gallon pail, in around 24 hours at 110 degrees.
Our warming cabinet is a great option for use in your honey house, or as a classy retail display case. It'll keep your honey liquified and looking its best for retail sale!
