Excellent queens and service!

The transaction of Queen bees and Hillcos customer service is top notch....priority postal service delivery, not so much. Apparently the postal service for reasons unknown decided to ship the bees via the scenic route to Texas culminating in a 9 day trip. Surprised they made it and doing well so far.
Would definitely buy again from Hillco but will request a different shipper.

overnight ups or fed ex is reliable. USPS-NOT Reliable for on time delivery

I ordered a queen. I was updated with all delays due to shipping complications. HillCo even paid for next day shipping upon request after the second delay. At no fault of HillCo, UPS delayed shipment a third time over the weekend at a nearby facility less than 30 minutes from the delivery address. I kept HillCo updated through the whole process and was reassured that the queen would be replaced if she arrived unalive. Thankfully she arrived alive and healthy. I only give 4 stars due to complications/delays but would give 5 stars for customer service.

Flawless, the whole transaction was perfect. USPS called queen arrived picked her introduced her to hive all is well!
