Marked Italian Queen Bee-SHIPPED UPS Next Day Air

I have been satisfied with everything that I purchased from Hill o. Ihope to purchase three more big items this coming year.

I’ve made multiple purchasesfrom Hillco and have been happy with each purchase. I ordered 2 mated Italian queens which were unfortunately dead. However this was due to my UPS man leaving them sitting directly in full sun. I called Hillco as soon as I discovered them (about 1 hr had elapsed between delivery and my arrival) and they scheduled another shipment of queens the following week. This time I made sure to meet the delivery truck on arrival and both queens and all attendants were alive and active and have since been installed in hives. I will definitely continue to order from Hillco in the future.

The transaction of Queen bees and Hillcos customer service is top notch....priority postal service delivery, not so much. Apparently the postal service for reasons unknown decided to ship the bees via the scenic route to Texas culminating in a 9 day trip. Surprised they made it and doing well so far.
Would definitely buy again from Hillco but will request a different shipper.
