Melt down that old junk brood comb in this high quality solar wax melter! This melter will last for years and years in your bee yard and look great doing it.
Simply scrape off and place old wax or comb into the tray, and the sun does the work for you! The wax collects in a small metal tray below.

I found reviews of this HillCo unit, ordered it and rendered 2.2 lbs of beautiful clean beeswax in one day using no power and no mess. This unit is nearly identical to the Lyson but $75 less with free shipping. Very pleased!

Trent Johnston Let the sun do the work and was pleased with the results I used a paper towel as a pre filter but still needed to melt and filter once more I very satisfied with the results
