Pretty happy with the quality and it fits perfectly on my honey extractor.

This stainless steel honey gate is great. I previously had the plastic gate on my honey storage tank. It is hard to get it close tight. This steel gate operates silky smooth. The typical o-ring on the gate is thin. If the gate opens too much, the o-ring can get out of place or even fall off. This steel gate has one white flat layer in place of the o-ring. I can open the gate without worrying about the o-ring.

Another surprising benefit is the gate has almost no dripping. Due the white rubber layer is flat, there is no gap for honey to hold on to when the gate is shut tight. Maybe one drop of honey after the gate is shut, that is it. I am really happy with this gate.
